Business owners consult with us for guidance on human resource and business law issues. We draft and review employee handbooks, severance agreements, and contracts that are tailored for our clients' needs. We advise those who are purchasing or selling businesses. We also advocate for our clients when disputes arise. We strive to solve problems creatively and practically, and seek to resolve disputes through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
